I have never ordered from www.onlinesmartshop.nl before and i would just like to ask if its a credible shop and how the service is.

The service is great
One day i ordered my products and 3 days later i had a letter in the mailbox that they already came but no-one was at home, so they would deliver the other day.
If no-one was at home then i could get it at the postoffice.

But the day i got the letter 2 hours later the mailman was there again and i got my package still that day in perfect shape!
Very quick delivery and you cant see it's from onlinesmartshop.

You only have to order above 20 euro's but that wasn't a problem Wink

I have once forgotten to type my number behind the street, so I got a mail that I had to mail them back with the number, I did that, but they do NOT react to e-mails, If you remember that, every thing should go well, online helpdesk is being fixed right now, not often online lately, used to be better, will get better soon I was told.

I got the package next day, fast delivery, I see no reason why not to order from them again, if you ever need to reach the you can try to do so using the forum.

I bought a new bong at onlinesmartshop.nl. They have send an email that the bong that I wanted, was not in stock anymore. I received that mail I think one week ago. I send a mail back that I wanted an other bong. Never had any mail back! Still dont have my bong!

It's very pitty that the communication with the shop is very bad! When something goes wrong, you can not easely reach them.

I must say it's a very good shop. I have never had any problems before this problem Cheesy I think it is a good shop.
