Amigos eu devo ser muito, muito azarada mesmo pois comprei nesta porcaria de www.onlinesmartshop.nl a mais de 1 mês, paguei e até hoje eles não me mandaram minha encomenda e nem respondem meus e-mails, alias se alguem puder me ajudar a receber minha mercadoria ou ter meu dinheiro de volta eu agradeço muito já que eles nunca estão on e nem respondem as minhas mensagens.
Estou comesando a achar que fui enganada e que eles nem existem já que não retornam minhas mensagens.
Socorro alguem me ajude

Yeah, somehow I got the same Problem.

First I bought some things from them and after I payd the money, they stoped to respond to my emails.
Ok, so I wanted to take my money back using PayPal 43 days after purchase, so they responden in Paypal saying me "Sorry we overlooked ur Pay (they answered 2 of 10 emails that it was sent, but then saying overlooked a Payment ... lol ), and they offered me to get my money back or get what I have ordered + extra batch " ... hmmm I though I`ll give one more chance, so I taked the Extra batch + new order , and now again they stoped to respond to my emails.

They allways saying they will email you after package will be Shiped out, but now 2nd time they not emailing me that it was sent, and not answering my emails.

Before the Payment the service is realy good, fast answering and nice. They website is so niceee done, best site that I have ever seen for Seeds, I would never think they are Scaming people ((

I will not give up my hope and wait the next 3 days, then I`ll call them, got enough of it .

Hmmm, I havent got it this week, as they sayd they will send Monday

BUT, the status of package changed to "Ready to be Shipped" so lets hope they will send it tommorow (monday) and I will tell you guys friday if i get it
