Does anyone know about www.rokersclub.nl ? They always sold a variety of joints weed and hasj online, but now they got the message:

I.V.M. twijfels over de legaliteit is besloten de website voor onbepaalde tijd te sluiten.

(Because of doubts about the legality, it was decided the website was closed for an uncertain amount of time.)

Always wanted to try their 6-euro party joint xD (1 gram), but most of those online coffeeshops dont exit very long, because coffeeshops can't sell online, and some online shops don't even have a licence/permit to sell weed.

The reason the website wasn't closed early'er is because it wasn't clear if it was legal or illegal to sell cannabis online.
That's why the site wasn't offline then.
The government has just decided that the selling of cannabis online is illegal, so rokersclub has removed the site from the internet.
Also wolkenwietje.nl en onlinecoffeeshop.nl are banned by "politie Haaglanden en openbaar ministerie"

hope i gave enough information about it.

Just like the tolerated policy(gedoogd beleid in dutch) with breeding marijuana.
It isn't legal but also not illegal.

***********
They say you can have 5 plants max in your garden with no lamps and watering and stuff but if someone says there are plants they remove them  Huh So it's not clear what to do with the plants, if they notice they are there.
***********

I think the goverment decided online marijuana selling is being forbidden from now on so they removed the sites from the internet.

This is my conclusion Tongue

Nice conclusion! I think you're right. If they see that you are growing marijuana in your garden, they remove them.
There was a guy on an other forum who was caught by the police because they accidentally saw his plants! They removed them. He had 5 plants!  Huh

That sucks bigtime :|
How long did he have to wait to harvest?

Hm... the laws are still weird Tongue
But think it's good there arn't online shops, because normal shops are atleast a (very) little controlable and they are hard to find when you got complaints or crap-weed or so.
But it sucks for people who live far from a shop.

It sucks indeed! I don't know how far he lives from a coffeeshop, but it still sucks!  He was close to his harvest... Sad

The laws in the Netherlands are really weird indeed. I still dunno if marijuana is legal to breed or not... Wink

You're right about the age controlability in coffeeshops. I bought marijuana once at a online coffeeshop. No one asked me for my age or something. I had no complaints about the weed I got from that shop. It was a nice harvest. Sweet!! Grin

Hey BigBud i heard that story too.
The guy had 5 plants in his glasshouse.
He was on holiday and his mother took care of the plants.
One day he got a message from mother who said the plants were gone.

The problem was that they had "asbest" in their neighbourhood.
Tey did know that but no-one ever came in their garden before without asking.
When he was on holyday there came a man to see if there was any danger for them in their house.
He told them there was no danger at all but then he saw the leaves trew the glasshouse and the glasshouse was big because there were also other plants in it he immidiatly called the police..wher comming directly.
He thought this guy had a big cannabis-breed there.

After he had called the police he looked inside and saw there were only 5 plants.
He felt sorry for the guy but he couldn't call the police and say it was a joke or something.
So the police came and took al his plants with them.

I feel soooooo sorry for this guy beacause there where only 1/2 week before harvest and then he had maybe 3 kilo's or something but now he has nothing so he has to go to the shop every week.

I hate the police!! Tongue
