[color = red] [glow = red, 2,300] Amigos me sinto muito sozinho, pois no dia 19/06/2009, fiz uma compra em WWW.onlinesmartshp.nl, eu pago e até hoje Eu não recebi e não responder às minhas mensagens e eles nunca estão on-line, a única vez que o obtido em linha com a dizer-lhes que me tinham dito que estavam com falta de um item de minha ordem, mas que, no dia 11/07 / 2009, sem falta que iria enviar a minha ordem, porém até o momento eu não recebi nada e nem o regresso dos meus pedidos de esclarecimentos, em virtude de tudo isso eu sinto eu mesmo ferido, literalmente roubada porque não retornar minhas mensagens e nem eles retornam o meu dinheiro para mim. Tem mais alguém passar por isso?

 E agora como devo proceder uma vez que moro no Brasil e eles na Holanda?

 Onde devo reclamar?

Friends me very alone belt, therefore in day 19/06/2009, I made a purchase in WWW.onlinesmartshp.nl, I paid and until today I did not receive and not to answer to my orders. Control messages and never is on-line, the only time that on-line gotten one with them had said that an item of my order was in lack, but that, in day 11/07/2009 by all means it would go to send my order, however until the moment I did not receive nothing and nor the return from my order of clarifications, in virtue of everything this as I must proceed?  Because not to return my messages and nor they return my money for me. Somebody can help me to obtain my order that already this paid one or to recover my money? It has plus somebody passing therefore? Sad Sad Sad Sad

my advise is to continue writing e-mails to them and i'm sure they will tell you what's going on:)
